  3. Following the photo days you will receive a link to your own personalised online gallery via email within 6 weeks. Your gallery will feature a selection of photographs of your child/ren as detailed in each pack description below.

    If you have more than one child at the centre please select a sibling package from the menu, this will cover both individual and together photos of your little ones, delivered in one gallery.

  • BASIC This pack includes a personalised online gallery with 3 photographs of your child from which you will be able to choose and download ONE photograph to keep (no prints)

  • ESSENTIALS This pack includes a personalised online gallery with 4 photographs of your child from which you will be able to download ALL images to keep and choose one photograph to receive as a 6×4 print

  • PREMIUM This pack includes a personalised online gallery with 5 photographs of your child from which you will be able to download ALL images to keep and you will receive ALL photographs as 6×4 prints

SIBLING PACKAGES

  • BASIC SIBLING PACK This pack includes a personalised online gallery with 6 photographs of your children from which you will be able to choose and download TWO photographs to keep (no prints)

  • ESSENTIALS SIBLING PACK This pack includes a personalised online gallery with 8 photographs of your children from which you will be able to download ALL images to keep + choose 2 photographs to receive as a 6×4 print

FAQs

  • I have two children at the centre, do I need to book two packages?

    Please just book one package per family, select a ‘sibling pack’ in the drop down box. I will photograph your children both separately and together and your images will be delivered in one online gallery.

  • Are class photos available?

    Class composite images are available as an add on. A class composite comprises of each Childs photograph in a frame along with their class and daycare/pre school centre name. Class composites only include children who have booked in for photographs and whose parent/guardian has provided consent for their child to feature in the class composite.

  • What happens if my child is sick on their photo day?

    Please arrange with Lucy Humphries or the centre to bring them along to one of the other dates at the centre.

  • How long does it take to get the photos back?

    Your online gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks. If your package includes prints they will arrive within 6-8 weeks provided you have made your selections (if required). Prints will be delivered directly to your daycare centre in an envelope marked with both the child’s name and the name the package was booked under.

  • Another family at my centre have received their gallery, but I haven’t?

    Please be patient, I send out galleries as soon as they are available

  • What shall I dress my child in?

    Try to keep their outfit comfy for them. I encourage children to play as I’m photographing them.
